Warranty Information & Filing a Claim

Under previous ownership, we acknowledge that there were some warranty issues that may have affected your experience with our products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Since then, we have implemented significant changes to address these concerns. Our new ownership and management team has established stricter quality control measures, enhanced our customer service protocols, and introduced more comprehensive training for our staff. These improvements are designed to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and that any warranty claims are handled promptly and efficiently. General Guideline Product Warranties

  • Conventional Batteries: 5-Year Warranty
  • Fast Charge Batteries: 3-Year Warranty
  • EP Batteries (includes a 5 and 7 plate): 18-Month Warranty

Warranty Claim Process

While LESS THAN ONE PERCENT of our batteries need or have a warranty claim, should you need to file a claim please follow these steps:

1. Contact

Reach out to your Authorized Service Dealer. If you don’t know, contact your Regional Sales Manager for assistance.

2. Complete and Submit Claim Form

To expedite, complete the provided warranty claim form in its entirety and include TOBi Battery Companion readings. Missing information only delays the claims process. Next, send the form to your dedicated Regional Sales Manager. (Add link to map with contact information)

3. Inspection

Our Quality Assurance technical team will evaluate the issue.

4. Resolution

We will repair or replace the battery if covered under manufactures warrants or provide repair options if not.

5. Return/Replace/Receive Battery

Follow instructions to return the defective battery and receive a replacement or repair.

6. Follow-Up

To ensure your satisfaction, your local Regional Sales Manager will contact you.
