While LESS THAN ONE PERCENT of our batteries need or have a warranty claim, should you need to file a claim please follow these steps:

1. Contact: Reach out to your Authorized Service Dealer. If you don’t know who that might be, contact your Regional Sales Manager for assistance.
2. Identify Issue and Gather Documentation. Discuss the situation and collect pertinent information.
3. Contact Support: Call (800) 443-3492 or email salesdept@bulldog-battery.com with issue details and documentation.
4. Complete and Submit Claim Form: To expedite, complete the provided warranty claim form in its entirety. Missing information only delays the claims process. Next, send the form to our support team via email at salesdept@bulldog-battery.com.
5. Inspection: Our Quality Assurance technical team will evaluate the issue.
6. Resolution: We will repair or replace the battery if covered or provide repair options if not.
7. Return/Replace/Receive Battery: Follow instructions to return the defective battery and receive the replacement or repair.
8. Follow-Up: To ensure your satisfaction, a member of our customer service/customer care/support team will contact you regarding the outcome.
