In his new role, Mr. Brown will oversee all operational functions across Bulldog’s manufacturing facilities, leading production, supply chain operations, strategic planning, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on operational consistency and customer confidence. His promotion reflects Bulldog’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, renewed customer confidence, and sustainable, employee-driven growth
James has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of what it takes to drive operational success. His vision and execution have been instrumental in strengthening Bulldog’s performance, building strong partnerships, and supporting our long-term strategic objectives.
Since joining Bulldog, Brown has led the effort to establish a stronger operational foundation, championing the importance of “hitting our free throws,” setting clear core values, and driving modernization across both facilities.
